Talented volunteers from all walks of life are the lifeblood of ELITE. Our High School volunteer teams work directly with the students during weekly class sessions. Volunteers serve as mentors and role models and encourage the ELITE participants to dream big!

Our volunteers are also “cheerleaders” for our students. They help provide encouragement and practical skills. They are adults who take the time to really listen and care. They are positive role models with valuable life experiences.
