The ELITE Re-Entry Program is a comprehensive community initiative designed to reduce recidivism by supporting individuals transitioning from incarceration back into society.
Our Focused Program
The program utilizes a 12-15 week specialized curriculum that focuses on “In-Jail Preparation,” addressing essential life skills, anger management, and conflict resolution. A cornerstone of the initiative is its “Game Changer” mentorship model, where individuals with lived experience provide accountability and guidance to participants.
By partnering with local employers and educational institutions like Illinois Central College, the program creates an employment pipeline that provides graduates with certifications, resume coaching, and direct job opportunities. This holistic approach has demonstrated significant impact, boasting a 94% success rate among its graduates in avoiding a return to jail.
